Following the recent events that took place in the Lagos state house of assembly, the house has replaced the two principal officers who were sacked recently.
Acording the reports, Mr Noheem Adams Emerges as the new deputy majority leader And Mojisola Miranda as the new chief whip of the house.
According to the news agency of nigeria (NAN), the new principal officers replaced Olumuyiwa Jimoh and Rotimi Abiru, who were sacked recently as deputy majority leader and chief whip of the lagos state house assembly via a voice note at a plenary session on monday.
The speaker of the house of assembly Mr Mudashiru Obasa, disclosed that members after the plenary session on monday unanimously elected Adams from Eti-Osa constituency As the deputy majority leader and Miranda from Apapa constituency as the new chief whip.
The speaker further disclosed that prior to the elections, Adams was the chairman House committee, on public Private partnerships while Miranda Was chairman house committee on job creation.
