NCC assures Nigerians a better services this year

According to the Director Consumer Affairs bureau of NCC Alhajj Ismail Adedigba, in his apeech at the kaduna 41st international trade fair, The objective of this year is “unlocking Nigerian economic potential through regional integration ”


He also assured the Nigerian telecommunication consumer on behalf of NCC of a better service to enhance their business this year, vanguard Reports. He further emphasised that this is a crucial time in the nigeria economy as telecommunication and information technology are vital sectors to improving the Nigerian economy expecially the digital economy and facilitates regional integration.


He also noted that NCC as a national telecommunication Regulator is a consumer focused organization which is concentrated on developing consumer intiative like complaint channels. Further more he said the organization has notified the service providers to desist from auto recharge and renewal of data of their various services subscribers.
